Description

Mecklenburg County requests a Statement-of-Qualifications from interested architectural firms for the Wallace H. Kuralt Center - Renovation and Associated Projects scheduled for fiscal year 2025 -2029. Firms shall assemble a design team to provide design, bidding, construction contract administration, and closeout services for these projects. The County reserves the right to award all projects to one firm or divide amongst multiple firms as necessary.

A copy of the complete RFQ may be obtained by sending an official Notification-of-Interest via mail or email to: Steven Sweat, Mecklenburg County Asset & Facility Management, 3205 Freedom Drive, Suite 6000, Charlotte, NC 28208 or Email: steven.sweat@mecklenburgcountync.gov. 

Submittals must be received by Asset & Facility Management by Thursday, 5/9/2024 at 2:00pm.
