Description

Design services for the renovation and expansion of the existing Oaks Hall building located on SCC's main campus in Jackson County.  Oaks Hall is a 27,000 square foot two-story structure built in 1970 that will be renovated and expanded approximately 22,000 Square Foot that will centralize the library on the main campus, add faculty office space (approximately 24 offices), meeting rooms, elevator, classrooms, and a dedicated parking area. The renovation will remedy infrastructure issues, electrical capacity, and mechanical systems. The existing library will be renovated to include 4 classrooms, office structures, lighting, and upgraded restroom facilities.
