Description

The Mecklenburg County Land Use and Environmental Services Agency is requesting a Statement-of-Qualifications from qualified Engineering firms to provide professional services for existing solid waste facilities and for planning, permitting, siting, design, and construction of future facilities.
One or more qualified firms will be selected to provide services that include, but not limited to, the preparation and submittal of all documentation in order to provide strategic and tactical expertise for the planning, permitting, zoning, design, operations, regulatory compliance, construction administration services and management of the County’s Solid Waste facilities and programs for a five (5) year period, anticipated to be July 2024-June 2029. The Consultant(s) shall provide services such that it meets all requirements and conforms to the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Rules and other applicable Federal, State and Local Rules, and Regulations.
