Description

The project will generally consist of the construction of access road, parking lots, and greenway. Access road, greenway, and parking lots shall be graded and stoned with ABC. Improvements are shown on the accompanying plan. Construction of the Greenway West Loop and paving of access road and greenway are included as alternate bid items.  Contractor shall be substantially complete on or before within 180 days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and with Final Completion within 194 days from NTP.  Contractor shall grade and stone the road to the boat launch within 90 days from the NTP.
