Description

The City of Charlotte is soliciting proposals from qualified companies to provide as-needed glass repair and maintenance services to more than 180 municipal facilities, structures, and other assets. Any selected company must be able to repair or replace all types of glass storefronts, glass doors, and associated glass accessories or products.

Services shall include, but may not be limited to: • Door repair, replacement, or renovation • Window repair, replacement, or renovation • Storefront repair, replacement, or renovation • Water Intrusion Repair • Emergency Repairs and Board-Up services

The selected company or its principals must have been engaged in providing the services as described in the Scope of Work for at least the past five (5) years, and must be capable of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and all effort necessary to provide the required services.

The City reserves the right to select more than one company for award and to assign projects based on the capability of the company. The city also reserves the right to solicit a quote for services from one or more companies prior to assigning an individual project.
