Description

The City of Burlington invites bids for the renovation and addition to Paramount Theater
located at 128 East Front Street, Burlington, NC 27215, as described in the contract documents. 
Work will include demolition of an existing 1-story building; construction of a new 3-story, 10,000 
SF building with an occupiable roof deck; and upgrade/replacement of plumbing, mechanical, 
electrical, fire alarm systems as well as performance lighting, sound, rigging
systems, and theater seating in the existing Paramount Theater.
