Tri-County Community College is soliciting requests for qualifications from qualified firms to provide construction manager at risk services during the Design Phase for the Center for Cultural and Historical Engagement/Workforce Solutions Project. This project will be a new facility constructed on Tri-County Community College's Main Campus.  This new facility will include an auditorium with a seating capacity up to 1700, a main entry hall that can be used as a conference area and a workforce solutions section for instruction or training.  This facility will also require new parking areas, water, sewer utilities.
