Description

The Department of Administration, State Surplus Property, is seeking to contract for the pick-up and removal of used oil, upon request from state agencies and other eligible entities in all counties of the State of North Carolina. The successful Vendor is required to pick up oil across the State and pay the State for the oil collected. Use of this contract is mandatory for State agencies. Participation is voluntary for other eligible entities.  The contract will be administered by the Department of Administration, Division of Surplus (the “Surplus Property Agency”).
