Description

Western Carolina University’s Asheville facility is seeking qualified housekeeping service providers to support the cleaning and maintenance of approximately 48,000 square feet of educational space. Service areas include, but are not limited to:
•	Classrooms and instructional spaces
•	Laboratory environments
•	Faculty and administrative offices
•	Restrooms and sanitation areas
•	Community and common spaces (lobbies, hallways, lounges, etc.)
The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering consistent, high quality cleaning services that support a safe, sanitary, and professional learning environment.
