Harnett County Schools is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified Construction Manager at
Risk (CMAR) firms for the construction of the new Highland High School. The CMAR will provide
professional construction management services during both the design and construction phases, in
accordance with N.C. General Statute 143-128.1 and related provisions governing the CMAR delivery
method.
