Description

Sealed proposals will be received by the Town of Apex on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 in Conference Room of the Town of Apex Water Resources Administration, Building B at 105 B Upchurch Street, Apex, NC 27502; attn: Matt Wetherell, Facilities & Grounds Manager; up to 3:00 pm and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment for the construction of Town of Apex, Apex Public Safety Station #4 HVAC Renovation.

An open pre-bid meeting, optional for all Contractors interested in bidding, will be held at 3:00pm on Monday, September 29, 2025 in Public Safety Station #4, 1615 E. Williams Street, Apex, NC 27539. The meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms.
