Description


Single Prime Contractors interested in submitting construction bids on the Brunson Elementary School New Construction project in Winston-Salem, NC, are invited to pre-qualify. The prequalification procedure will generally follow the guidelines established by the North Carolina State Construction Office. Only those contractors who pre-qualify are eligible to submit a bid for this project. Contractors may obtain a Pre-Qualify to Bid Package from Emily Jessup,
Project Manager, by emailing her at esjessup@wsfcs.k12.nc.us.

Requests for the Pre-Qualify Bid Package must be received prior to 1:00pm on May 31, 2024. Contractors are required to return the package by email, and title the email as: Brunson Elementary School Prequalification Package. Packages must be received no later than 1:00 pm on June 3, 2024. *Submissions received after this deadline will not be considered.
