Description

Durham Technical Community College (DTCC) is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from
construction management at risk (CMAR) firms with expertise in the construction of life sciences higher
education facilities. CMAR services include, but are not limited to, pre-construction and construction
phase services for a new Life Sciences Building, which will house classrooms, flexible “ballroom” style open
lab modules and study spaces for the life sciences program students and local industry partners. This
facility will be located at DTCC’s main Durham Campus, at 1648 E Lawson St., Durham NC, 27703.
Additionally, the project will include a new parking area. A detailed scope of services is provided in Section
4 of this document.
