Description

Caldwell Community College is accepting proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk for the Health Sciences Building proposed to be located on the main campus in Hudson, NC until February 22, 2024 at 3pm via electronic submission to Clark Nexsen. This project is for a new facility of approximately 60,000 sf and renovations to building H of approximately 12,000 sf. The project will consist of Higher Education Allied Health 
Classrooms, Clinic space, and General Administrative Offices. The new work has an 
estimated construction budget of over $50,000,000. All proposals must demonstrate 
compliance with all aspects of North Carolina law, including MBE, verification and other requirements. As a general guide to prospective proposers, the Construction Manager-at-Risk Selection Procedures adopted by the North Carolina State Building Commission, will be employed in this process. The owner retains the unqualified right to reject any 
and alI proposals.
