replace the existing Federal Pacific electrical gear (i.e. switchboards, panelboards, disconnect switches, transformers, etc.), which have become outdated and could potentially malfunction. This project involves replacing the existing electrical gear in the following buildings on the campus of Western Piedmont Community College (located at 1001 Burkemont Ave, Morganton, NC 28655):
