Description

Pender County Schools generates approximately 8,800,000 black-and-white prints, 1,830,000 duplicator prints,
and 550,000 color prints annually, totaling approximately 11,180,000 copies. The selected vendor will provide
multi-functional copiers with capabilities for copying, printing, scanning, and faxing, as well as digital
duplicators equipped with Hecons, for use throughout the Pender County School System and its departments
(see Attachment A.pdf – Minimum Specifications by Location).
The vendor shall furnish, deliver, install, and maintain new equipment (not used, reconditioned, refurbished,
remanufactured, or newly remanufactured equipment) and provide comprehensive training to ensure end-user
satisfaction. This program shall include all operating supplies (excluding paper, fax supplies, and finisher
staples) and all service requirements needed to meet both current and future volume demands of Pender
County Schools.
