Description

Cape Fear Community College is seeking proposals from qualified Design Build HVAC teams to design and construct Chiller Replacements for this building, located at CFCC’s Wilmington NC Campus.
  
The Existing building is 7 floors, 114,000sf.  Desired scope is replacement of two existing ~200 ton centrifugal chiller plants inside the ground floor mechanical room of the building, with associated pumps, valves, controls and other accessories.  Installation will be phased – one chiller plant must be online at all times.  

One firm will be selected for the entire project.
