Description

This Request for Qualification is for the design and construction administration service of this project which will involve:
•	Replacement of two (2) existing water-cooled chillers, cooling tower, existing chilled water primary and condenser pumps with a new air-cooled chiller.  The air-cooled chiller will require a new electrical service and be located at the existing cooling tower site.
•	Any remaining funding will be allocated towards the replacement of insulation and jacketing on exterior chilled and hot water pipes.
It is anticipated that this effort will be led by a MEP Engineering firm with support from other design consultants (Architecture, Civil, etc.).
