Description

The project area is located at the end of Meadow Road near East Main Street (GPS 35.91661-82.28737). Contractor will use labor, equipment and materials for the repair of a reinforced concrete box culvert. Repair and reconstruction of the dislocated box culvert roof slab is needed. All work is to be completed in-kind and within existing footprint to return the facility to its pre-disaster design, use, and function. This project is funded by FEMA and subject to certain Federal contracting provisions and Federal Uniform Guidance.
