Description

Union County, through Facilities Management, is seeking SOQs from qualified Architectural and/or Engineering (A/E) firms to provide design and construction administration services requiring renovations in the exiting Judicial Center and Union County Government Center. A Non-Mandatory, Pre-Submittal Conference will be held on May 23, 2024, at 10:00 AM Local Time in the HR Training Room at the Union County Government Center, 500 N. Main Street, Monroe, NC 28112. Representatives from the Union County Facilities Management will be on hand to give a brief overview of the project and to answer questions. Attendance at this meeting is strongly encouraged.
