Description

The Town of Rhodhiss is requesting bid proposals for one (1) CDBG Scattered Site Housing Rehabilitation jobs which is located on 202 Highland Place, Rhodhiss, NC.  You may need to be a licensed contractor to bid on this job if you think your bid will exceed $40,000.   The jobs consist of gutters, doors, install new windows, insulation, HVAC upgrade, electrical work, plumbing work, floor covering installation, interior painting, as well as other carpentry work.  You will have to use licensed sub-contractors and be responsible for their work.
