Description

The City of Raleigh is seeking a qualified vendor to conduct monthly test, control and/or neutralization of the water in the HVAC Cooling Towers and peripheral equipment at the Martin Marietta Performing Arts Center, located at 2 E. South St., Raleigh, NC 27601.  The purpose of the sampling and water treatment service is to eliminate unscheduled down time, extend the service life of the equipment, reduce operating costs and to provide predictable pricing for trouble shooting and repair service calls.
