Description

To provide professional services for identifying and documenting water service line material on both the public and private portions of the service line. This effort supports Raleigh Water’s compliance with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR) and other applicable state and federal requirements. The goal of this project is to perform field verifications of service line material at approximately 5,000 designated locations and to record those results in the City’s asset management and GIS system.
