Description

Sealed bids for the project entitled Finley Area Water System Improvements will be received by the City of Lenoir until 2:00 pm local time on May 6, 2025 in the Lenoir Public Works Building Break Room, located at 510-B Greer Circle, Lenoir, North Carolina 28645. At said place and time, all Bids that have been duly received, will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The project will be bid as two (2) separate contracts: 

•	Contract A (Water Lines and Pump Station) generally consists of the construction of 9,750 linear feet of water lines, a duplex water pump station, valves, fire hydrants, water services and service reconnections, site work, electrical, and related appurtenances
•	Contract B (Water Tank) generally consists of the construction of a 150,000 gallon water storage tank, foundation, piping, and related appurtenances.
