Description

MAIN CAMPUS – mill/ resurface approx.  400 square yards of asphalt in parking lot 8 and adjacent roadway [ OWA Auditorium ] 150 College Rd , Bolivia, NC 28422.

Asphalt mill /replacement shall include the following :

Vendor to supply all labor, material, and equipment to mill and replace asphalt
Mill existing asphalt to 2’’ depth
Proof roll to determine subgrade condition
Clean surface of loose debris /milling and haul off site
Tack coat all edges
Machine install NCDOTS 9.5B surface mix asphalt to depth of 2’’ compacting with vibratory rollers
Paint parking lines, arrows, ADA symbols
