Description

Sealed proposals will be received from NC Licensed Electrical Contractors until 2:00pm, on
December 10, 2024, in the office of Mecklenburg County Asset & Facility Management
Department, 3205 Freedom Drive, Suite 6000, Charlotte, NC 28208, for the LUESA-New 
Generator Installation Project, at which time and place Bids will be opened and read aloud.
Single-prime, lump sum bids from NC Licensed Electrical Contractors will be taken for 
construction as indicated in the bidding documents. Proposals must be made on standard forms
furnished by the County. The project is located at 2145 Suttle Ave., Charlotte, NC 28208.
