WS/FCS is seeking competitive proposals for the purchase of surplus technology laptops. The district is looking for a 
solution to dispose of all recently retired employee laptops. The proposal should include a full ‘turnkey’ process 
including packaging and pickup of the assets, value assessment, wiping current hard drive clean of data, providing a 
certificate of data erasure, and payment.
