RAY STREET WATER AND SEWER REPLACEMENT PROJECT

CDBG-I Project Numbers: 19-I-3648 and 21-I-4004
The Ray Street Project entails separate scopes of work within a contiguous project area. All of the following linear
footage measurements are approximate. The scope of Project No. 19-I-3648 entails replacing 1,658 linear feet (LF) of
deteriorated water main with 6” PVC pipe, installation of necessary valves and fire hydrant assembly, and replacement
of copper service lines. The scope of Project No. 21-I-4004 entails: abandoning/removing 1,658 LF of water main and
service lines; abandoning/removing old sewer main and laterals, removing a manhole, installing 1,659 LF of gravity
sewer pipe, installing 485 feet of sewer laterals, installing six manholes, and installing cleanout assemblies.
