Description

Town of Cary desires to engage private engineering consulting firms to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) and Construction Contract Administration services for Higgins Greenway Phase IV
Town of Cary Project PR3258, NC DOT TIP# BL-0091

This project includes building approximately 1,500 feet of street side trail on the west side of Kildaire Farm Road between Shirley Drive and Walnut Street. Other project elements include curb and gutter, drainage, retaining wall, decorative fencing, median installation, overhead to underground relocations and various streetscape elements. Construction anticipated to begin Spring 2025 and last 16 months.
