Description

to purchase seven (7) Fotokite Sigma Transport Case portable drones. These will be used by NCDOT for Transportation Systems Management & Operations Unit to outfit its Incident Management Assistance Patrol (IMAP) responders. These portable drones will provide enhanced situational awareness to the Statewide Transportation Operations Center (STOC), local Traffic Management Centers (TMCs), and central management when responding to incidents. The drones have embedded software that provides video only with livestreaming capability to provide a live view of major traffic incidents and emergencies via laptop or tablet, using the Fotokite Live App.
