Description

The City of Raleigh is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from architectural and engineering firms with expertise in the design and construction for master planning expansions to the Wilders Grove Solid Waste Services Building, which is located at 630 Beacon Lake Drive in Raleigh. The consultant services include, but are not limited to master planning, programming, design, permitting, bid phase, cost estimating, and construction administration services. The facility will need to be evaluated to address the growth of the Solid Waste Services department. The current budget is $700,000 for master planning, programming, and additional phases. To address multiple priorities identified by Solid Waste Services Department, initial professional services are for master planning, programming, and options and/or recommendations for project advancement/development.
