Description

Seeking commissioning services for a new building construction of approximately 25,000 sq ft. To include review of components, equipment submittals, and plans provided by the architect and contractor. All testing, balancing, start-up, and adjustments must be made per state statutes of public buildings required by the state. Review O&M manuals, project as-builts, and all other documentation as necessary. Commissioning reports will be made to the owner before the project closeout.
