Description

Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, is requesting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms having experience with constructing visitor centers with significant site improvements, or comparable experience, to provide Pre-Construction and Construction Manager at Risk services for the construction of Latta Place. The Firm selected must be licensed in North Carolina, qualified & have experience providing General Contracting Construction Services utilizing CM@Risk methodology.
