Description

The City of Raleigh invites qualified and experienced firms to submit qualification packages for Request for Qualifications (RFQ) solicitation for professional commissioning services for the design and construction of two new projects.

Facility #1: Raleigh Fire Department - Fire Station #1. A new facility will be located at the corner of Salisbury Street and Martin Luther King Boulevard. The project will house Fire Station No. 1, Fire Administration Headquarters, and Back-up Emergency 911 Center.

Facility #2: Raleigh Police Department – Evidence Facility. A new facility is to be located at the southeast of the intersection at Battle Bridge Road and Griffice Mill Road.
