Description

The City of Charlotte is seeking qualified companies to provide as-needed Domestic Appliance Repair Services for more than 180 municipal facilities. 
The City requires reliable, authorized service for a variety of appliance brands to ensure efficient operation and minimal downtime.

• Any selected company must be able to repair and maintain citywide domestic appliances, to include all city firehouses, including but not limited to:
        o Clothes Dryers
        o Clothes Washers
        o Dishwashers
        o Ice Machines
        o Kitchen Ranges (Gas and Electric)
        o Refrigerators
• The service provider should be equipped to handle three types of service responses: standard, emergency, and routine maintenance, to effectively meet the City's needs.
• The Company or its principals must have at least five (5) years of experience providing the services.
• The Company must be equipped to supply all necessary labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision to deliver the required services. 
To minimize downtime, the selected Company should also provide common repair and replacement parts.
• The Company, along with its employees and/or agents, must be able to pass background checks conducted by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation to provide services at certain city facilities.
