The City of Raleigh is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a digital building code research platform that enables authorized users to access, search, and interact with building codes and related regulatory materials used in plan reviews and inspection activities. The selected vendor must demonstrate that the platform provides lawful access to all building codes and regulatory materials and that all content is maintained, updated, and compliant with applicable copyright and licensing requirements. The platform must also comply with all City of Raleigh IT security standards to ensure secure access, data protection, and system integrity.
