Description

The University of North Carolina is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide emergency communications and crisis communications support services to any of the 17 constituent institutions of the University of North Carolina System. While each university, and the coordinating system office, have fully staffed emergency services and safety departments, some emergency situations will require additional immediate capacity. The selected contractor(s) will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing timely, accurate, and effective communications during emergency incidents and crises that may impact public safety, operations, or the institution’s reputation.
