Description

Lee County General Services is adding an extension that connects to an existing building with a prefabricated canopy. Building project consists of: electrical, plumbing, mechanical, interior and exterior building construction as well as site work including the addition of a paved parking area.
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference for this project will be held at the project site: 805 S. 5th St, Sanford, NC 27330 at 10:00 A.M. on May 14, 2026, in front of the Lee County General Services Department building. Inclement weather plan: meet inside of building’s garage.
Beginning May 6, 2026, Bidders may obtain electronic PDF copies of the Project Manual and Contract Drawings at no charge by visiting www.moseleydesigns.com/bidding/
