Description

Union County, through Union County Water, is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified
firms to provide biosolids services for Dewatered Waste Activated Biosolids produced at the
Twelve Mile Creek Water Reclamation Facility, including removal, transport, and
composting/beneficial reuse. 

A Non-Mandatory, Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit will be held on April 28, 2026 beginning
at 10:00 AM EST. at Twelve Mile Creek Water Reclamation Facility, 8299 Kensington Dr.,
Waxhaw, NC 28173. Representatives from Union County Water will be on-hand to give a brief
overview of the project and to answer questions. Attendance at this meeting is strongly
encouraged.
