Description

The Christman Company has been selected as CM@Risk and is seeking to pre-qualify subcontractors for the North Carolina Museum of Art in Winston Salem, NC-Hanes House Gallery and Grounds Renovation.
 The project includes approximately 112,795 SF (+/-) of renovation and expansion of the existing NCMA Hanes House, Gallery, and Grounds. This will be a comprehensive renovation of architectural and structural elements; upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems; rework of the existing civil and utility connections; and landscaping, life-safety improvements, and building envelope repairs. As the facility is a historic building, the project also includes restorative elements, and portions of the work will require protecting and working carefully around historic features to maintain the character and integrity of the facility.
