Description

The Project consists generally of the following major items:
Base Bid:
• Relocate (2) existing dual port EV chargers and demolish existing branch circuits 
and pedestals.
• Install new, 600A, 120/208V, 3-phase, 4-wire, electrical service at parking lot.
• Install (2) new and (2) relocated dual port EV chargers fed from new electrical 
service.
• New dual port EV chargers will be provided by owner and installed by EC.
Alternate Bid:
• A1: In lieu of relocating the (2) existing EV chargers, the owner shall provide (2) 
additional new EV chargers for a total of (4) new, dual port, EV chargers.
• Contractor to turn over existing EV chargers to owner for salvage
