Description

The contractor shall 8” flexible perforated polymer type commercial sock drain in the general location shown on sheet C3.0 prepared by Crawford Design Company. Lay drain pipe with gentle consistent slope. Connect lower end of drains to existing catch basins with leak proof seals. Commercial landscape fabric shall be placed between stone and topsoil that allows water penetration but limit soil infiltration. Overlay fabric top edges by 4”, see details on sheet C3.0 for more information. Contractor will be responsible to restore grass area to the condition prior to start of work. No reseeding will be accepted. Contractor shall take every precaution to protect the existing track from any damage from excavated materials, new materials, and equipment, and etc.
