Description

Orange County, North Carolina is releasing this Request for Qualifications (hereafter ‘RFQ’) seeking
responses from qualified consultants to provide commissioning services for the Crisis Diversion
Facility. The facility will be located on Waterstone Drive in Hillsborough, North Carolina, next to the
UNC Health Hospital. This scope shall include but not be limited to assuring all systems and
components of all major equipment, the buildings or similar were designed, installed and testing
according to the operational requirements of Orange County.
